Digital Signature Solution

iSafeguard™ lets your corporation implement a digital signature solution. iSafeguard™ creates non-forgeable digital signature and countersignatures for emails and documents with proven, secure and reliable Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technology.

With iSafeguard™ technology, your corporation can be sure that the contents of emails and documents will not be altered or forged at any time, ensuring data integrity and minimizing the risk of repudiation.

Securing Document Delivery

iSafeguard's signing, encrypting and archiving features help you secure your documents before emailing to your customers or clients. So you are sure that your documents are only readable to your clients or customers. There are two options you may choose from:

1. You can pack your sensitive files, folders and sub-folders into a single password protected self-extracting archive file by using the iSafeguard™ archiving feature. Then email the archive file to your client. Call him to tell him the password. Your client then uses the password to decrypt the encrypted archive file. No client software is required.

2. If your clients have iSafeguard™ installed you can create a signed and encrypted archive file to ensure privacy and integrity of your data. This also ensures the origin of the archive file because of the digital signature embedded in the archive file.

Securing Emails

iSafeguard™ secures your emails; many email clients are supported including Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo Mail, among others. To find a list of email clients we have tested click here.

iSafeguard's securing email solution is independent of email clients. You may, for example, encrypt your email from Microsoft Outlook and send it to your client who only has a Yahoo Mail account. You client can decrypt the email and verify the digital signature in his Yahoo Mail account.
